Metalltarife.de is a private and completely independent project. Our goal is to offer the best and most accurate salary calculator for the German metal and electrical industry. To achieve this, we rely on your help!

Since collective bargaining agreements, ERA classifications, and regional special regulations change regularly, it is a challenge to keep all 15 tariff areas 100% up to date at all times. So if you notice errors or have suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What we can use particularly well:

1. New Wage Tables: If new ERA compensation tables have been published in your tariff area (e.g., after a new bargaining round) that are missing on our site, please send them to us (as PDF, photo, or link).
2. Calculator Errors: Does your calculated gross or net salary not match your real payslip? Let us know which inputs (tariff area, EG level, additional benefits) are causing deviations.
3. Regional Special Payments: Sometimes there are specific agreements at the state level regarding holiday pay, Christmas bonus, or T-ZUG payout modalities. If our calculator doesn't accurately reflect these, please let us know.
