Here you will find all information about the bargaining rounds in the IG Metall metal and electrical industry. The results are broken down in detail and explained. Even changes that are not obvious are described here.

Bargaining Round 2024

In November 2024, IG Metall achieved table-effective (permanent) increases totaling 5.1% in collective bargaining negotiations. Additionally, there is a one-time payment of €600. The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) runs until October 31, 2026. The payment of tariff allowances was further adjusted. T-ZUG T will be paid in July in the future and T-ZUG B in February.

Bargaining Round 2022

In November 2022, IG Metall achieved table-effective (permanent) increases totaling 8.5% in collective bargaining negotiations. Additionally, there is a total inflation compensation premium of €3,000. The collective bargaining agreement (CBA) runs until September 30, 2024. An increase decided in 2021 is being reversed with this collective agreement. Namely, the increase of the transformation money (T-ZUG T).
